Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
– PosterPond is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
– Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:
– We currently ship worldwide. Shipping charges for international orders will depend on the destination and weight of the package.
– Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional fees such as import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are not covered by PosterPond.
– International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from PosterPond, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Shipping Restrictions:
– Due to certain shipping restrictions, some products may not be available for delivery to specific locations. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing such products at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
– PosterPond is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, PosterPond will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery,
tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
