About the Movie

Sleepwalkers is a 1992 American horror film directed by Mick Garris and starring Brian Krause and Alice Krige. It is based on the Stephen King novella of the same name. The film follows two sleepwalkers, Charles Brady (Krause) and his mother Mary (Krige), who are actually shapeshifting aliens that feed on the life force of virgins. They come to a small town in Indiana to find new victims and end up killing a number of people, including high school student Tanya Robertson (Madchen Amick). The film was generally poorly received by critics and was a box office bomb, grossing only $2.8 million against its $8 million budget.
