E tu vivrai nel terrore! L’aldilà, also known as The Beyond, is a 1981 Italian horror film directed by Lucio Fulci. The film stars Catriona MacColl, David Warbeck, Cinzia Monreale, Antonella Interlenghi, and Giovanni Frezza. The film’s plot revolves around a woman who inherits a hotel which is built atop one of the seven gateways to Hell.

The film was Fulci’s return to the horror genre after a five-year absence and was a commercial success, grossing over $12 million worldwide. The film was also Fulci’s last horror film before his death in 1996.

The Beyond has been described as a “splatter masterpiece” and is considered one of Fulci’s best films. The film has been praised for its atmosphere, visuals, and gore effects.
